.clinically, there's massive knee oedema with maximum tenderness on lat. side of the tibia.skin condition is good.neurovascularry free

  Hosam Abd ElKareem there are segond fracture which is pathognomonic for ALC tear plus undiplased # of upper tibia try to do aspiration with large bore cannulla then above knee cast for 4 to 6 weeks after that deal with ACL

  Aly Elzawahry Care for compartmental syndrome, aspirate and lavage knee joint, mri to exclude ACL and intenal derangement, fix lat lig avulsion by percutaneous cannulated lag screw e washer, because fibrous union and 2mm gap are not acceptable in our time.

  Mohammed Kamal segond sign of capsular avulsion usuall associated with ACL and LCL injury plus metaphyseal # if its the case per Se conserve but i think mri will give u detailes about lesions need surgery later on (ACL)
